What happens in the first meeting? We start with asking questions about your goals, interests, and any challenges.

Do I need to have a plan? How long does this take? You don't need a plan to get started. There is no time pressure to commit- just a chance to explore what direction makes sense for you.

How are you different from school counseling? We provide personalized one-on-one support based on your schedule, your time, and your future goals- whether that's college, certificates, certifications or entering the workforce. We take the time to explore options at a deeper level.

Sounds good, but how long does this take? It depends on your goals. Some people request a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support.

Do parents participate? Yes. Parents can participate and engage in as little or as much as they feel comfortable.
